Door to Door Pay Structure

How It Works

You will be going door-to-door:

  • If no one answers → leave a door hanger
  • If someone answers → try to close the job on the spot

You get paid for:

  • Door hangers distributed
  • Leads collected
  • Jobs you close

Commission Pay (Main Money)

Earn 10% of every job you book

(Based on total job value)

 

Examples

  • $200 job → $20 earned
  • $500 job → $50 earned
  • $1,000 job → $100 earned

Bigger jobs = bigger pay

Door Hanger Pay

You are paid per hanger based on volume:

  • $0.18 per hanger (under 200)
  • $0.22 per hanger (200–499)
  • $0.24 per hanger (500–1000)

Weekly limit: 1000 door hangers

Lead Pay

 Earn $5 per unscheduled lead


  • Customer is mildly interested
  • Name + phone number and/or email collected
  • Job is NOT booked

Example Day

  • 300 door hangers = $66
  • 4 leads = $20
  • 2 jobs closed:
    • $300 job = $30
    • $500 job = $50

👉 Total earned = $166 for the day, 3-5 hours worked

WASHING CREW PAY STRUCTURE

How Pay Works

 33% of each job goes to labor (pay pool)

Pay is split from that 33% based on crew setup

Crews typically complete ~3 jobs per day


⭐ REVIEW BONUS

Earn $25 for every 5-star review

$25 is given to each crew member, not a split $25

Asking for reviews = fastest extra cash

Scenario 1)

Single Employee Working Alone

 Employee makes 65% of pay pool 


Low Performance Example ($900 Day)
Pay pool (33%) = $297
Employee (65%) = $193


High Performance Example ($2,000 Day)
2 Reviews = +$50
Pay pool (33%) = $660
Employee (65%) = $429 + 50 = $459

Scenario 2)

Employee Working With Owner

 Employee makes 45% of pay pool


Low Performance Example ($900 Day)
Pay pool (33%) = $297
Employee (45%) = $134


High Performance Example ($2,000 Day)
2 Reviews = +$50
Pay pool (33%) = $660
Employee (45%) = $297 + 50 = $347

Scenario 3)

Two Employees Working Together 

Crew Leader makes 45% of pay pool
Crew Member makes 35% of pay pool

 

Low Performance Example ($900 Day)
Pay pool (33%) = $297
Crew Leader (45%) = $134
Crew Member (35%) = $104


High Performance Example ($2,000 Day)
2 Reviews = +$50 each
Pay pool (33%) = $660
Crew Leader (45%) = $297 + 50 = $347
Crew Member (35%) = $231 + 50 = $281
