(Based on total job value)
Bigger jobs = bigger pay
You are paid per hanger based on volume:
Weekly limit: 1000 door hangers
Earn $5 per unscheduled lead
👉 Total earned = $166 for the day, 3-5 hours worked
33% of each job goes to labor (pay pool)
Pay is split from that 33% based on crew setup
Crews typically complete ~3 jobs per day
Earn $25 for every 5-star review
$25 is given to each crew member, not a split $25
Asking for reviews = fastest extra cash
